  1. Full Distance 226: This is the longest and most challenging option, often referred to as a full or Ironman-distance triathlon. It typically consists of a 3.8-kilometer swim, a 180-kilometer bike ride, and a 42.2-kilometer marathon run.
  2. Half Distance 113: Also known as a half Ironman or 70.3, this race usually features a 1.9-kilometer swim, a 90-kilometer bike ride, and a 21.1-kilometer half marathon run.
  3. Olympic Distance 51.5: This is a shorter and more accessible triathlon distance with a 1.5-kilometer swim, a 40-kilometer bike ride, and a 10-kilometer run.
  4. Sprint Distance 25.75: The sprint distance triathlon is the shortest and often used for beginners or those looking for a shorter race. It typically includes a 750-meter swim, a 20-kilometer bike ride, and a 5-kilometer run.
